Why indoor
When indoor is the right call
Singapore weather rarely cancels events, but it does change planning trade-offs. Indoor removes the biggest variable.
Default to indoor when your date is fixed and a rain delay would disrupt the schedule, when the team is mixed in age or comfort and air-conditioning matters, when the run sheet has a tight start time, or when the activity needs controlled lighting or amplified briefing. For mixed weather risk, see the rain-proof team building guide. For the broader indoor planning context, see the indoor team building practical guide.
By group size
If you know your headcount, start here
Group size changes briefing time, station count, and venue ceiling-height requirements.
For 10 to 25 people, almost every indoor arena game fits. For 25 to 60, Telematch rotations, Laser Tag, and Bubble Soccer scale cleanly. For 60 or more people, default to Telematch, 60-Second Corporate Challenge, or station-based formats. For 100 or more, see the large-group guide and the 50 to 200 people planner.
Price context
What to expect on price
Final prices depend on activity, headcount, venue, food, and add-ons. Use this as a planning anchor before asking for a quote.
Cohesion publishes four package tiers: Basic starts at SGD 35 per person, Classic at SGD 49 per person, Essential at SGD 55 per person, and Corporate at SGD 68 per person. Food add-ons and premium venues push the final number further. Walk through the cost calculator for a sharper estimate, or open the prices page for the full pricing context.
Case studies
Use client examples to defend the indoor shortlist
Indoor is often the safer call, but the final choice still needs proof around group size, participation style, venue flow, and budget assumptions.

FAQ
Common indoor-event questions
Quick answers to the questions Cohesion gets most often from corporate organisers planning indoor events in Singapore.
Why default to indoor team building in Singapore?
Indoor activities give you a date-fixed schedule, air-conditioning, and a known venue layout. If a rain delay would disrupt your run sheet or you have a strict start time, indoor removes the biggest variable.
What is the cheapest indoor team-building option?
Office Rush and 60-Second Corporate Challenge are typically the lowest-cost indoor options because they need less equipment and can run inside an office floor or function room. Cohesion's published Basic tier starts at SGD 35 per person; Classic is SGD 49 per person. See the cost calculator for tier details.
Can large groups still do an indoor event?
Yes. Telematch and Family Day station formats handle 100 to 250 people comfortably in a hall. Above 250 people, see the dedicated large-group planner.
Do indoor venues handle halal and dietary requirements?
Most established Singapore indoor venues handle halal certification, vegetarian options, and common allergies, but it is the planner's job to confirm in writing before locking the booking.
What if our office does not have enough indoor space?
Cohesion runs activities at The Cage @ Kallang and partner indoor venues across Singapore. Office Rush is the exception that runs inside your office; the rest run at a venue.
How early should we book an indoor venue?
For 25 to 60 people, six to eight weeks ahead gives the most flexibility. Larger groups (100+) need at least eight weeks. Last-minute bookings under three weeks are still doable for some formats but venue choice narrows quickly.
What about hybrid events with remote participants?
Office Rush and 60-Second Corporate Challenge stations work cleanly in hybrid formats with remote teams joining for selected rounds. Most arena games are in-person by design.
