By group size
If you know your headcount, start here
Group size changes briefing time, station count, and the waiting time per participant.
For 10 to 25 people, almost every arena game fits. For 25 to 60, Telematch rotations, Laser Tag, and Bubble Soccer scale cleanly. For 60 or more people, default to Telematch, station-based formats, or rotations across multiple activities. For 100 or more, see the dedicated large-group guide and 50 to 200 people planner.
Indoor or outdoor
Indoor or outdoor: what changes
Singapore weather rarely cancels events, but it does change the planning trade-offs.
If your date is fixed and a rain delay would disrupt the schedule, default to indoor. If the team responds to higher visible energy and the venue genuinely supports outdoor play, outdoor adds atmosphere. For mixed weather risk, see rain-proof team building and indoor team building guide.
Price context
What to expect on price
Final prices depend on activity, headcount, venue, food, and add-ons. Use this as a planning anchor before asking for a quote.
Cohesion publishes four package tiers: Basic starts at SGD 35 per person, Classic at SGD 49 per person, Essential at SGD 55 per person, and Corporate at SGD 68 per person. Custom routes, larger groups, premium venues, or food add-ons push the final number further. Walk through the cost calculator for a sharper estimate, or open the prices page for the full pricing context.

FAQ
Common planner questions
Quick answers to questions Cohesion gets most often from corporate organisers in Singapore.
How early should we book a team-building event in Singapore?
For 25 to 60 people, six to eight weeks ahead gives the most flexibility on date, venue, and food. Last-minute bookings under three weeks are still doable for some indoor formats but the venue choice narrows quickly.
What is a typical price per person for these activities?
Cohesion publishes package tiers on the cost calculator: Basic starts at SGD 35 per person, Classic at SGD 49 per person, Essential at SGD 55 per person, and Corporate at SGD 68 per person. Use the cost calculator for a sharper estimate before asking for a quote.
Indoor or outdoor: does it matter for Singapore weather?
Yes. Outdoor events need a sheltered backup or a clear rain trigger before event day. If the date is fixed and rain would disrupt the schedule, default to indoor or sheltered formats. See the rain-proof guide for the trade-offs.
What if attendance changes in the last week?
Tell your facilitator as soon as you know. Headcount changes within a week affect equipment, station count, and food. Many activities tolerate a 10 to 15 percent swing without a major replan, but bigger swings need a fresh conversation.
Can we run any of these as hybrid events?
Office Rush and 60-Second Corporate Challenge stations work cleanly in hybrid formats with remote teams joining for selected rounds. Arena games are in-person by design.
Halal and dietary requirements: how should we handle them?
Always confirm halal certification, vegetarian options, and allergies before locking catering. Most established Singapore venues handle this well, but it is the planner's job to ask in writing.
What is the wet-weather backup plan?
For outdoor activities, the venue should have a sheltered fallback area, the run sheet should name a rain trigger (usually a forecast threshold the morning of the event), and the indoor variant should be briefed to facilitators in advance.
