This can be especially tricky when you feel as though you have been doing the same thing day in and day out for years. Especially with the recent remote culture, work may have been even more mundane than ever without all the pantry chats. However, it is still important to have fun and enjoy ourselves every once in a while. Especially when we spend more than half of our time at work. Therefore, International Fun at Work Day is the perfect opportunity to break away from the monotony of everyday office tasks and enjoy your time with your colleagues. Not only does it reduce stress levels and improve overall health, but it also increases the bond and communication between employees. Plus a bit of humour and laughter is great to increase company morale and motivation. Promoting an environment where healthy competition is encouraged is often beneficial. So why not try some trivia? It is another way to liven up a typical day at the office! A wine, chocolate, or even beer and cheese tasting might just be appeal your team. 

Movie Screening

Whip out those popcorns and chips, select a movie and have a movie screening! This has definitely got to be one of the most adaptable option we have right now, when we’re encouraged to practice social distancing. Everyone can simply engage in a zoom movie screening! If you have trouble getting people to vote for movies to watch, simply look up “Office Comedies” for some movie inspiration online.
