Description
Looking for something to do together as a group? We host pizza making workshops for corporate bonding, parties and gatherings. We are able to bring and set up a pizza kitchen at your premise if there are sufficient table space for participants to make their own pizzas.

Pizza Workshop Activities
Dough Making
Learn what are the ingredients that goes into making the perfect dough. Perfect the art of kneading and be taught special techniques that pizza masters use when they make their own dough.
Pizza Assembly
Once you have made your dough, learn how to add the rest of the ingredients that would make your pizza taste great. Create delicious looking pizzas by learning how to decorate your pizzas correct.
Pizza Baking
The final step comes when you place your pizza into the oven. Learn how to tell if your pizza is cooked and when are the proper intervals required to take out the pizza so that it doesn't get burnt.
Pizza Making Programme
Each class is 2 hours long and is split up into 3 segments. There will be 2 chef instructors assigned to a class. During the first segment, students will learn how dough is made and how to knead a perfect pizza dough base. During the second segment, students will learn how to make the raw pizza with ingredients. The last segment will have students try their hand at baking their own pizzas creations in our ovens.
