Mr Beast Inspired Team Building Activities

You probably already know who Mr Beast is. So if you don’t need the introduction just skip this paragraph. Mr Beast is the most popular creator on YouTube. His videos are fun, creative and often challenge based. They regularly get 100 million views. Most people are already familiar with these activities, which is why no matter how diverse your team is, I’d be surprised if they didn’t love doing some or all of these activities inspired by his channel for themselves.

1. "Last to Leave" challenge

In this challenge, participants are challenged to stay in a particular location or position for as long as possible. The last person to leave wins. This can be done with a variety of locations, such as a room, a circle or a specific object, such as a chair.

2. Spending Spree:

Mr Beast challenges participants to spend a large sum of money in a short amount of time, often with the caveat that they can't spend any money on themselves. This one might be a bit hard to get by the finance team, but if you can get the bosses’ credit card (and his permission, please don’t steal)... you might be in for one pretty unforgettable afternoon.

3. "Giving Away Money" challenge

Mr Beast is known for his philanthropy and often gives away large sums of money to strangers on the street, Twitch streamers, or people in need. You could give every person some money to give away, or split people into groups and give each group some money to give away (they can either choose to give the money directly or buy something with that money to give away, i.e. ice cream etc.)

In this game, participants are challenged to hide in a large space, and the person who is found last wins. This game can be made more challenging by adding obstacles or rules, such as only being able to hide in certain areas. You could do this in lots of places like an office, school, church, etc. You can make the stakes higher by adding a cash prize for the winner.

5. "Counting to 100,000" challenge

Mr Beast’s first viral video was of him counting to 100,000. You can see it here. You could do a challenge such as who can be the first person to count to 1000, 500 or whatever number you choose.

6. "Collecting Rubbish" Challenge

One of Mr Beast’s most recent projects was Team Seas. People could donate $1 which would lead to 1 pound of rubbish being removed from the sea. You could give everyone a plastic bag and get them to fill it up with rubbish. Whoever could fill the most bags in 1 hour would win.
