We recently held our team-bonding session with Cohesion at The Cage @ Kallang, and overall it was a fun, well-organised experience filled with laughter and teamwork.**Bubble Soccer**A quick heads-up: if you’re unwell or uncomfortable with confined spaces, it’s best to avoid bubble soccer. It’s genuinely difficult to breathe inside the bubble, and even some of my colleagues who were perfectly fine beforehand felt uneasy once they were in. Also, be prepared to sweat a lot — this activity is intense.**Telematch (Mini Games)**The telematch segment consists of seven mini games that are much lighter physically compared to bubble soccer. You won’t sweat much here, but you will need good coordination and communication with your team. With two teams, we completed all seven games within 30 minutes, despite having a one-hour time slot allocated.**Service & Facilitators**Their service was fantastic from start to finish. The facilitators were very flexible with the rules and understanding... of our situation — when some of us felt unwell and opted out of bubble soccer, they readily switched us to a normal soccer game instead. The in-charge had amazing stamina and even joined teams that were short of players. Although we finished our activities within two hours, they still allowed us to use the venue and equipment until our booking ended.**Facilities**The Cage @ Kallang is well-equipped with changing rooms and plenty of vending machines for drinks. There are also benches available for resting in between activities.**Overall**This is a great venue for team bonding, especially for office workers like us who rarely get the chance to exercise. The activities were fun, engaging, and gave us a genuinely good workout — we all felt great after sweating it out together.**Note**If you’re choosing ball-based activities, such as bubble soccer, do bring extra clothes and wear proper sports attire. Sample Programme

Every Family Day or carnival is different. Reach us to tailor how your event can be changed. We're able to provide half a day of exciting games with the main activities being Bubble Soccer, Laser Tag, Archery Tag and Bumball as 4 seperate game stations. Family day goers can either play these games as a tournament or we can let it be a free and easy format. For fringe activities, we will be able to provide bouncy castle inflatables for the children.

For food, we will plan something unique and novel to excite everyone with a buffet set up with 2 live stations, an on-site pizza making station as well as a premium BBQ live grilling station with top of the line meats.

Emcee and sound systems will be provided throughout the event.
