1) Being a Good Communicator

Being able to speak and convey your ideas clearly is a valuable skill to have. Additionally, knowing when to stop talking and start listening carefully to what you team members have to offer whilst value-adding to their suggestions is what makes communication an invaluable skill. Whether you’re reporting to your boss or are working with your coworkers, effective communication helps to prevent errors that more often than not, leads to reputation and financial losses.
